The not so good: communication with owner poor. Never responded to an initial query prior to booking about late checkout, then didn't respond at all during booking. "This is a very convenient downtown Mumbles location. The parking space is a god send but a bit tight for a bigger car. You can leave your car and walk pretty much everywhere you need to go in the area from Langland Bay to Sketty. The flat is well furbished, but it can get a bit noisy at night if you have the windows open. Traffic gets going early but overall a great location with easy access to everything locally."

"We had a very nice stay in this flat. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. An easy walk from the train and into town for many restaurants and pubs."

"Great location lovely apartment. Had hoped for a better balcony it didn’t feel secure enough to sit out on and was too narrow no furniture on it. Also the day before I left I returned to find a rug in the lounge that wasn’t there before so someone had been in apartment while I out. I would have been good to have been given prior notice that this would be happening."
