"I travelled to Melbourne with my sister and 2 friends for the weekend so the accommodation was perfect for us. It was as advertised, the location was great and the free undercover allocated carpark and lift was great. The only problem was that the lift broke down on the Saturday, we coped with climbing the 3 flights of stairs a couple of times on the Saturday (we are not young) but were concerned about getting our luggage down the stairs when we left on the Sunday. The floors and kitchen were clean. Coffee was supplied but no tea. The heater took hours to make a difference in how freezing it was inside too. Disappointed with this stay."
