"Magical! If I had one word to describe my stay it would be magical. Upon our arrival to this hidden gem, we were greeted by Linda. She welcomed us into this gorgeous home, built by her husband Greg, tucked away in lush greenery. It's far enough away to feel comfortably private, but close enough to beaches, shopping and landmarks like the Wright Brothers Museum. "Great stay at Roanoke Island Inn! Service was amazing and loved that they give you complimentary water bottles and snacks/beverages to make the stay that much nicer. A guy coming after my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend with a tazer when they pulled up after going to the store. My daughter had to call me so I could go down and walk them upstairs to our condo! "The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
