About this Space:
We call our walk to beach condo Island Time #4 - it is a cozy 2 bedroom / 2
full bath condo less than ¼ block to the beach super easy walk.
You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that flows to the dining table as well
as the couches for family movies after a long day at the beach. One couch does
pull out into a sofa bed.
This 4 plex offers 2 off street parking spaces as well as a pool in the back
after a day at the beach and your kiddos aren't quite worn out yet. You will
enjoy not having any stairs as this is a ground floor / 1st floor condo. This
is a pet friendly property and upto 1 Pet is allowed.
As of today the bedding is as follows:
King in master / 2nd bedroom is 2 single beds, and there is a pull out couch
in living room plus an airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using. If
you arrive after Oct 1st the owner is trading out the 2 single beds for an
adult sized airbed with 2 full sized beds.
There are also 2 full bathrooms, with one off the master bedroom. The
stackable washer & dryer makes cleaning up before going home very handy. The 2
bedrooms afford extra privacy fora true family vacation. Each bedroom as well
as the living room has a smart TV flat screen.
The condo is all tile with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and the
kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals for your family. The handy washer &
dryer in the unit is super nice to wash off the beach or go home with clean
clothes
While we do not provide a BBQ grill, it is allowed at this property if you
bring one. This property is centrally located it is perfect to walk to dozens
of bars and restaurants.
This condo has free WiFi! if you have some work to get done, though internet
is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
Door codes are provided by 3 pm via text message for check in, FYI
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License Available upon request
This property does require the use of condo security wristbands that have a
fee of $35 plus tax for every occupant in the the month of March. This is the
property HOA's fee and not ours, but we do pre collect for convenience.

Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
