The space
Come visit South Padre Island and stay in this charmingly remodeled condo
located only a block from the beach!
Habitat #9 is a ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom located on the gulf or
ocean side of Padre Blvd (the main 4 lane drag on the Island at the Habitat
condominium complex, accommodating up to 8 guests.
This property is Pet Friendly maximum to pet are allowed .
The condo features a fairly remodeled open concept kitchen, living and dining
area. Guests will love preparing meals for family and friends in the kitchen
which is equipped with all white appliances and comes fully stocked with pots,
pans, dishware and cooking utensils.
Off the kitchen is a dining table for four, with additional bar seating for
two. The living room features a set of large contemporary chairs with matching
sofa, giving ample space for you and your guests to gather around the flat
screen TV and watch your favorite shows and movies. Basic cable is included
for local news, sports & weather
There is also high speed WIFI / internet in the unit if you need to get some
work done, the eat in counter works well for it.
Off the living room you will find a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower
combination. Adjacent from the guest restroom is your guest bedroom, featuring
one King Bed and plenty of clothing storage. Your master bedroom is down the
hall and is equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, large dressers and
closet.
The private master bathroom is attached and has a spacious walk-in shower,
large vanity mirror and bright lighting.
One of the beds is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you
plan on using
The stackable washer & dryer is very handy to leave the Island clean as well.
The large patio is great for morning coffee or an evening margarita, though
fairly private it does not afford a view. Only electric grills are allowed -
no charcoal nor gas FYI.
Habitat #9 is the perfect spot for a family looking for a condo that in a
decent location on South Padre Island. You and your guests will be within
walking distance to several shops, bars, and restaurants. Want to be on the
beach instead? You've found the perfect spot; the closest beach access is less
than a 5 minute walk from your front door!
After a long day in the sand, rinse off then cool down in the community pool.
There is a community 2nd level sundeck as well
Please note that if you have 8 people there is not sleeping space for 8 - that
is stated as most allowed by the property HOA - we don’t recommend more than
6.
This property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at
2600 Padre Blvd.

This property has (1) dedicated off street parking space with no guest
parking. You may park and additional car off of Gulf Blvd free if space - not
guaranteed. Otherwise on south end of Island is the inter-model center that
has some free parking.

The City of South Padre Island Short Term rental license is available upon
request. A starter pack of basic toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, toilet
paper, soaps & dishwasher pods are provide though it is not unlimited nor
restocked. Towels & linens are provided & for stays 3 nights or more, may be
exchanged at the South Padre Island Trips office at no charge. We do not
provide beach towels or gear, please note.
After booking is made, you will be required to provide your email for a City
required Rental Agreement you will be electronically sent and can sign with
your finger on your phone. You must attach a pic of your photo ID to age
verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, you must contact us
prior to booking as there are additional requirements. We cannot check you in
nor provide a door code without a signed rental agreement and pic of your
photo ID, sorry.
It is required due to HOA requirements you assure against damages.
In the month of March as well as Easter, this property carries a $25 per
person condo security wristband fee as charged by the HOA (homeowners)
association - this is not our fee we simply pre collect as a matter of
convenience and check in speed. This fee is not optional in March & Easter
week (dates vary - inquire)

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in, not before. You must have completed the rental agreement and attached a
photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, We will not provide door code
for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please
contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied.
Please ask questions prior to booking - we would be glad to assist.

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
