"This is a BnB in historic homes, each room is different. Our room was quaint, spacious, clean and quiet. We had a bay window, fireplace and canopy bed. The bath had a relaxing whirlpool tub. The location of this hotel is great. You can park your car in the provided parking lot and walk to most all the sights and restaurants. The staff was helpful. The breakfast portion of the BnB needs an upgrade-I felt the food was the same as buffet breakfast food you receive at a moderate hotel chain,...

"My wife and I booked this hotel for a two night stay in Rockport. This was our first stay at this hotel, it won't be our last. We stayed in the "Crow's Nest" room. What a great place to stay. A bit of a climb, (2 flights) but worth the effort. Our hosts, Marshall and Courtney were just awesome. Very attentive to their guests and to their establishment. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need."

"Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky.
