Being a former Housekeeping Supervisor, I’m always looking in every crack and crevice for dirt & dust. I found no uncleanliness in the room, halls or common areas. Housekeeping puts incredible effort to keep an entire hotel as clean as this place was. "

"Only down point was that it was around 64 degrees and raining and we were at an outside sheltered party. When we got in our room the temperature in our room was set at 63 degrees. Being in the cold, damp weather for hours and the chill in our bones that did not help. Then the thermostat was in a very hard place to get to for two 70 some year olds. Otherwise we love the place "

Had a great time trying to spot birds in the trees with kindly provided binoculars—which was just the kind of low-key activity we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. "
