"We were in town for a family wedding the same weekend as a dance/cheer competition. Since it was a small wedding, no hotel blocks had been set aside, and by the time I got around to booking, they were either full or super expensive. Then I found this place, and it was better than a hotel! We had three couples, so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal. "The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"Our mission team of 8 stayed here. The host was very helpful and very responsive. One of our team did comment she wished there were dish towels on site for use with pots and pans instead of always using dishwasher. One of the doors did have a tricky lock, but the overall stay and experience was excellent."

"The perfect place to host a cousins reunion. A couple of the out of towners stayed overnight while the Chicagoland cousins came for an afternoon visit. "They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated."

The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families.
