"Wonderfully situated within the Dordogne valley with lots of chateaux and other tourist attractions to visit. The only downside of this hotel was the same menu every evening. They usually change it once a month! Also, no assistance to gain access to their wonderful swimming pools as there were no steps to get in our out. This was commented upon when leaving and they assured us this would be brought to the attention of the management. I sincerely hope so as I was not the only one to require help to get lowered in and hauled back out!"

"Lovely spacious Gite would suit two families. Was far to big just for us. Very dog friendly. Good location for surrounding tourist locations. Sometimes noisey due to neighbours mowing and riding motorbike around garden. New mattress required on downstairs bed. Owners really lovely people. This is definitely a great holiday location."

"We spent two weeks at this perfectly located house in Issegiac. It had everything we wanted and needed and what lay beyond - in the village and the whole region - had some much more. The property is cosy and comfortable but extremely well equipped - if so inclined you could return home to cook every meal (although the restaurants right nearby and in every town make it a hard choice). The Sunday market in Issegiac is the best - the worst thing about it is that you will always buy more than you can eat. We were only two but the house would be great for more - an ideal family space. It's outdoor space is perfect to have a morning coffee, read a book or give kids a place to play. Would definitely go back and highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time staying in Berbiguieres! It was a fantastic base for kayaking, cycling and visiting gorgous towns. We enjoyed eating outside. Ines was so welcoming and helpful - with wonderful advice about the local area. It really was a summer to remember."

"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. Patrice took much of his time for us during our stay. During one of the days, he super kindly showed us the proximity, their horses, and the plants around. The kids got attached to our hosts and their animals, including their dogs Luna and Chimpa. They have great patience and large emotional containers. We got excellent recommendations for the surroundings even though the weather was hot and tough. The place is very clean, extremely well entertained and although the kitchen is small, we made very nice meals. There are excellent Tefal pans and there is everything that is needed. There is much to learn from these happy, calm, kind, and modest people. The kids were very sad to leave and mentioned they were missing this home, hosts, and animals. We had a great experience and would love to come back again one day."

"We went on holiday with 4 adults and 3 children ( 12 to 14). The House is situated in the very well kept village of Capdrot and only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of Monpezzier ( which is deffinatly worth a visit on thursdays which is Market day). The house is equiped with everything you need including a washing machine which is a must for us ( allows us to travel with slightly less items). The internet was more than adequate for us to all be online at once. The Pool isnt covered but the installed Pool robot does a fantastic job of always keeping it clean. We payed the extra to have the bedding and towls privided - well worth the extra fee, so we didnt have to take our own. The owners didnt speak English but with google translate all meetings with them were very pleasent and we had no issues. They left us to it and gave us a phone number should we have any issues ( which we didnt). They accomodated our needs to leave very early and were happy to do the handback at 6.30am. The one recomendation to the owners would be the need for a few extra large umbrellas, there is currently only 1 which can be a slight issue trying to get everyone under it. Overall a great time was had by all of us and i would recommend this house for a family holiday."

"Beautiful property and ideal for a family or a group of friends. Very peaceful and the location is great for exploring the region. Pool is a nice edition and the outside eating areas are a good size. The hosts are fantastic and will help with any queries you have and give plenty of advice regarding things to see and do. We will be visiting again as plenty more for us to see and do! Thank you Craig and Caroline"
