Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich unweit der Ortsmitte von Sorico (kleiner Laden für Lebensmittel, mehrere Restaurants) und des Comer Sees, den man von den oberen Etagen auch sehen kann. Wir haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber - Lorenzo - hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und im Laufe der Urlaubswoche mit zwei Flaschen Wein aus eigenen Beständen verwöhnt. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für Familien mit zwei oder drei Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes kleines Haus für Familien

Das Haus liegt direkt im Ort Sorico in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum See ist es auch nicht weit zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und sehr bemüht, sprechen aber nur italienisch doch mit "Händen und Füßen" bekommt man das auch in den Griff. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ebenfalls sehr gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das WLAN war etwas schwach, vor Allem im Erdgeschoss, im 1. Stock gings aber recht gut.

Sehr zufrieden

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, trotz Sprachbarriere (sie sprechen kaum englisch, wir kein italienisch) liefen Ankunft und Abfahrt reibungslos. Das Haus ist ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber. Sie wohnen in direkter Nachbarschaft und wären jederzeit erreichbar, wenn nötig. Wir können das Häuschen sehr empfehlen. Lediglich die Treppe ins Dachgeschoss ist für kleine Kinder schwierig zu begehen, weil sie schnell ausrutschen können. Wir würden wieder hinfahren

Casa Leonardo

Sehr schönes Steinhaus. Es hat alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Der Besitzer war ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Mann. Wir waren dort mit drei kleinen Kindern. Einziger Nachteil es war laut die Strasse nach Domaso geht fast hinter dem Haus vorbei.

Lebensmittelhandel mit Bäcker und Metzger gleich nebenan. Perfekt. Natursteinhaus angenehm kühl im Sommer. Nur das Internet ist sehr schlecht. Ansonsten perfekt.

Das Häuschen ist unserer Meinu...

Das Häuschen ist unserer Meinung nach eher nur für 2 erwachsene Personen mit max. 2 kleineren Kindern gut und angenehm bewohnbar. Das Dachgeschoß ist nur für Kinder bis im Alter von 10–12 Jahre aufrecht begehbar. Ausstattung der Wohnküche könnte etwas besser sein. Der Wohnraum mit integriertem Eßbereich ist insgesamt durch die Raumaufteilung etwas beengt. Sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im 1. OG, der Balkon bietet eine tolle Sicht auf Berge und den See. Unverständlich blieb uns neben der Tatsache, dass die Terrasse im Erdgeschoß nur einen vergitterten Ausblick bietet (dies ist auf den Fotos jedoch schon zu sehen), vor allem die Anlage von zwei sich direkt davor befindenden Kompostbeeten. Leider war der versprochene Holzofen außer Betrieb, der den Wohnraum um diese Jahreszeit (April) sicher um einiges gemütlicher macht. Gasheizung funktioniert aber tadellos. Die nahe Hauptstraße ist zu hören, was allerdings eher der Tatsache geschuldet ist, dass die Autos mit 80 statt mit hier vorgeschriebenen 30 km durch den Ort fahren. Parken lieber um die Ecke als direkt vorm Haus, da recht unübersichtlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Das kleine, dreistöckige Rustici liegt sehr zentral, man erreicht alles im Ort gut zu Fuß. Die Umgebungist schön, zehn Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Mündung des Flusses in den See, weitläufiger Promenadenweg und flacher Uferbereich, dort auch eine Strandbar. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen befindet sich um die Ecke sowie zwei Pizzerien /Restaurants und ein Kiosk/Bar. In den Bergen gut ausgeschilderte Wege für Wanderer und Mountainbiker. Neben den bekannten Orten wie Bellagio, Menaggio, Como, können wir tolle Ausflüge in die benachbarten Bergtäler empfehlen, hier z.B. das Val Masino mit dem abenteuerlichen Bagni diMasino. Am Ende der Straße findet man ein verlassenes Hotel (ehemalige Therme) inmitten atemberaubender Natur. Dort oben gibt es einen flach angelegten Pfad, auf dem man mit der ganzen Familie durch Bergwälder laufen und auf riesige Felsbrocken klettern kann. Toll!

schöne Woche in Sorico

Ferienhaus sehr schön - für zwei Erwachsene und 1 Kind ideal, allerdings wird es unterm Dach sehr heiß - dort ist nur in kleines Dachfenster - Möbel im Hof - nur Hartplastik - keine Auflagen für die Liegen- relativ laut durch die Hauptstrasse- Vermieter spricht nur italienisch - Verständigung ist dehalb etwas schwierig - aber alles in allem ein schönes gemütliches Häuschen - super ist die Nähe zum See (5 Min Fußweg)
