"The house overall was lovely and peaceful. The house and grounds are huge so plenty of space for 9 of us. The kitchen is well stocked, the dining table is huge and there is a great games room with table tennis, table football, darts, air hockey, etc. It's worth pointing out (particularly to those coming from the UK where it's not the norm) that towels and bed linens are not provided. It does say this in the contract so it was our fault for not realising, but just worth pointing out so that...

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in eurem netten Ferienhaus, vielen Dank! Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight. Ein Tipp: kalt befüllen und vom Pool erwärmen lassen fanden wir klüger, weil wir sonst das warme Wasser noch vor dem Duschen aufgebraucht hatten. Und das Doppelbett ist 1,40 breit und mit zwei "normalen" / kleinen Decken ausgestattet :)"

"House complete, clean and well equipped kitchen to be able to cook for a large number of people. Information or welcome is lacking, no idea of the surroundings. You have to bring or look for wood yourself. The playroom has been used and the TV hanging there is not smart and not connected anywhere. The only working smart TV is in the living room-dining room-kitchen, which means that you always sit together and the TV has to be very LOUD when someone is cooking."

"Super dejligt sted med rolige omgivelser. Huset er dejligt stort, rigtig godt og vel isoleret. Et skønt sted at slappe af. Udsigten er fremragende."

"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. We even had to clean up items left by previous guests. Despite this, DanCenter is charging a €30 cleaning fee, claiming we left it dirty. This is an outright lie, and we have photos to prove it. Beyond cleanliness, our experience was plagued by issues: Hidden Fees/Misleading Policies: Refused timely linen package requests, forcing us...

"Alles schmutzig, Es hat ein Schlafzimmer gefehlt, der Stromzähler befand sich hinter einer verschlossenen Tür, überall Ameisenfallen ausgelegt, Badezimmer ist schrecklich und ekelig. Es ist einfach zu teuer für das Geld. Vorallem traurig, dass die Anzeige nicht stimmt. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entspricht nicht"

"We absolutely loved the resort, well maintained and so much for the kids to do. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the blinds in our lodge were not blackout. Also, we didnt have a car as we flew and our lodge was one of the furthest away (15 mins from check-in desk) which was a bit of a pain when lugging suitcases, however a shuttle bus does run every 30 mins which you can use. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately return. "

"This hotel was very quaint. It was clean and the room was large, with a sitting area. It has a very homey and welcome feel to it. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. We needed help navigating the logistics to get from Billund to Copenhagen and the staff helped us find the right apps to download and direct us to the bus stop. The app also helped with public transportation in Copenhagen. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold food options. We would definitely stay here again."
