Geräumiges Haus zwischen Verona und Gardasee
Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr geräumig und sauber. An den Fenstern gibt es Mückenschutz und Verdunklung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mehr Pfannen und Gläser (z.B. Weingläser) wären super. Leider ist die Spülmaschine recht klein. Das Internet ist schnell und es steht Netflix zur Verfügung. Im Keller gibt es einen Fitnessbereich sowie eine Waschküche. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt mit Kräutern zum Kochen. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden, schräg gegenüber befindet sich zudem ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Im Haus gibt es viel Platz, einzig die Abstellfläche in den Bädern ist etwas knapp. Federico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der viele Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. gibt und gut erreichbar ist bei Anfragen und Wünschen wie beispielsweise weiteren Handtüchern oder Bettwäschewechsel. Handtücher könnten jedoch dauerhaft mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Die Gegend ist insgesamt sehr schön und ruhig. Die Hunde der Nachbarn können jedoch laut werden, auch die Nachbarn der anderen Doppelhaushälfte hört man hin und wieder. Von Palazzolo gelangt man mit dem Auto schnell nach Verona und zum Gardasee.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier - und wieder begeistert!
Nachdem uns der Aufenthalt im Frühling 2022 in der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen hat, sind wir in diesem Jahr wieder hier hergekommen. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, ausgesprochen geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage für Ausflüge an den Gardasee, Verona, Venedig, usw. Federico (Vermieter) kümmert sich um alle Belange unverzüglich, vielen Dank dafür! Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Federicos Haus. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt genau. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, es war absolut sauber und wir hatten viel Platz mit 6 Personen. Fererico hatte ein paar sehr gute Tipps für uns, war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns sehr geholfen! Danke nochmal für alles!

Danke für den Aufenthalt - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Federico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Er tut alles, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen und fragt auch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Eingangstor. Federico kam noch am selben Tag, um es zu beheben!! Wir haben Gäste bekommen und hatten nach einer größeren Pfanne gefragt. Federico hat uns sofort eine gebracht!! Auch seine Tipps; z.B. mit Restaurants waren sehr gut. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr sehr sauber und großzügig. Vor allen Fenstern ist Insektenschutz angebracht! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder hierhin und werden es auch weiter empfehlen. A presto!

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir waren mit unserem 6jährigen Sohn eine Woche in dieser Doppelhaushälfte. Sehr geräumig, eigene Tiefgarage für das Auto, Terrasse für alle Mahlzeiten, WLAN, Netflix (wenn man es braucht), gut eingerichtete Küche, und vieles mehr. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Gardasee, Verona, Venedig, etc., alles nicht weit weg. Einzig zu bedenken ist, dass das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, was bei sehr heißen Nächten wünschenswert wäre. Wir können das Haus (wie gesagt, es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend) nur empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
