"It is a nice house that has been maintained with love and care. The description is accurate. The owner was very good with communication and even allowed us an early check in as we were coming off a red eye flight. It has a big yard which we were able to enjoy. The kitchen was unusually well stocked. It is a convenient location to go to the university. "

"The home was clean and had everything we needed (though it was more of just a place to sleep while we were in town so we didn’t require a lot.) Most of the mattresses could use an upgrade but all in all we enjoyed our stay. "

While the neighborhood was great—quiet, safe, and conveniently located—my accommodation left much to be desired.Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floors were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. "Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. "

"I like where the property was situated. Easy access to the freeways and shopping centers. Parking was free. They need to add more variety to the breakfast - no sausage, no pancakes, no waffles, no boiled egg and no coffee only tea."
