The property is located within a well-kept residence, characterized by a large green park and an outdoor swimming pool for residential use, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing stay a few steps from the beauty of Lake Garda and 5 minutes from Lake Garda.



The apartment, developed on two levels, is designed to offer comfort and functionality, making it perfect for one or two families. The second floor houses a large open-plan living area with living room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed. The terrace, accessible from the living area, is furnished with a dining table to allow guests to dine al fresco.



The second floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom with a modern design. Both levels have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay in any season.
