The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside.
