We loved how clean it was, how nice the pillows and beds were, the wireless phone chargers that were in each room, and the beautiful sunsets on the lake! We found all of the implements we needed to cook in the kitchen and really appreciated the great communication from the host! We will definitely be back! "

"The August house is a beautiful boutique accommodation. The decor is beautiful and the rooms and facilities fantastic, we loved the little attention to detail. The breakfast was lovely too. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone and hope to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space."

"We had a great time in St Margaret’s bay starting with waking up to have a relaxing coffee on the deck overlooking the bay . The place was the perfect size for the two of us but can house two couples with everything we needed . Steve and Johan were great hosts answered all our questions ,Steve took us out for an enjoyable 3 hour boat ride my husband was so happy I couldn’t wipe the smile off his face. It’s a great location for lots of place to visit like Peggy cove, Mahone bay ,Lunenburg and Halifax. We would definitely stay there again thanks again to Steve and Johan 💕"
