"It’s right in the name: the views of Olympus and the Enipeas Gorge are spectacular. Very helpful and charming proprietors, clean, well maintained, and great location on the main square. No dining facilities directly in the hotel, but there are several within a few steps in almost any direction. I would definitely return. "

"The hotel itself is decent - decent food, nice room, the staff is kind. We had a bad experience with their gym - which is the reason we picked this hotel in the first place. It has very limited opening hours - 10-18, which we adjusted our plans for. Then, when we got there at 10, it was locked (because it's in the spa and the reception was not there). Despite going to the front desk it took over 40 minutes for us to get in and start using it. And then it had very limited equipment and no AC. In conclusion - don't come for the gym."

"Sakis was a great host. Truly very accommodating during our stay. Especially helpful after my finance sustained a severe injury while hiking Mt Olympus. Sakis helped with communication to the local fire department and coordination about my finances whereabouts with me. This is a great location to hike Mt. Olympus, especially is arriving by car as there is street parking for free. (40min from from hotel to Priónia). The room was clean and welcoming. "

"Highly recommend staying here. We Check-in after hours. Owner was great to deal with. An email with our room name and code was received prior to checking in. Staff was excellent. Slept great, place was very quiye. Room was spacious, clean, and supplied all toiletries you would need. Breakfast was excellent .Owner left a list of recommend places for dinner. One of which was Olympus Gitema. Excellent food and service."

"First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property). Without hot water for three whole days, no compensation since it was a technical fault and the engineer fixed it(hours later, but still no hot water), we played this for three days. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional in customer service.(We asked both our "neighbours", had the same issue except for an older couple who didn't have hot water for a whole week!) Food is bland, sometimes undercooked, tasteless. Restaurant is full with flies and since the food wasn't covered... The only positive thing was the staff who tried to make it bearable but since the management won't give them options and lacks a face or courage it's not one of those properties you recommend."
