On the 1st level: Large open terrace with full sea view with electric awning, lounge chairs, and garden table and chairs - Fitted kitchen area (dishwasher - 2-burner vitro hob - refrigerator/freezer - oven - microwave - filter coffee maker - toaster - iron and ironing board - vacuum cleaner) - Main room with 1 single sofa bed, television, 2 tower fans, and electric shutters - 1 bedroom with sea view with 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) - Renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) - Office/library area on the mezzanine with numerous books available.
