Cozy & Quiet Forest Escape with Hot Tub, Dogs OK

This is the ultimate vacation home for your Central Oregon getaway. We are located in the Tollgate neighborhood on a fully fenced, super peaceful half-acre lot that borders the Deschutes National Forest and is surrounded by mature Pine trees. Outside, you’ll find 2 separate yards with plenty of room for your kids and furry friends to roam. The huge deck is situated to look out to the National Forest and has a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers. There are also miles of trails right behind our backyard for the hikers (and cross-country skiers in the winter!) to enjoy.

Inside, you will find an abundance of amenities. Our home is light & bright, with an open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. You’ll walk into the front living room which has a comfortable couch, smart TV, board games, and chairs. From there it opens up to the great room and kitchen. The great room has a large sectional sofa, smart TV, and large dining table that looks out to the National Forest. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals for the whole group!

There are 3 bedrooms. One of them is an extremely spacious bunk room that is animal-themed (the kids love it!) and has an attached private full bathroom. In the bunkroom is one queen size bed, and 2 different twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids or 4 adults(Max weight 130lbs). We also created the “kid cave” utilizing one of the extra walk-in closets. It contains a toddler bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private attached full bathroom, and a sitting area. The other bedroom has a queen size bed.

One of my favorite spots in the house is the garage that has been converted into a theater room/rec room. That room consists of the perfect movie-watching space with an abundance of very comfortable seating, a 120” projector screen hooked up to an Amazon Fire Stick, a popcorn bar, a Foosball table, and a dart board.

The home also has brand new central air through the ductless mini-split system, high-speed internet, and a full laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Being located in the Tollgate community tops it off. You will have access to the community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day…weather dependent), tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, bike paths, and miles of hiking trails. The neighborhood is centrally located being close to Downtown Sisters (5-7 minute drive), Black Butte Ranch (10 minute drive), Hoodoo (20-minute drive), Metolius River (10-15 minute drive), and many more lakes, rivers, and the rest that CO has to offer! **Please bring any gear you may need for these activities (i.e. swimwear, pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, hiking gear, etc.).
