It is well kept with greenery surrounding the whole area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to phuket. The staff is very nice . "I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. It is in a great area close to everything and the accommodations were great. It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin. If staying in Phuket this is a great choice. "

"Excellent resort. The seaview rooms are fantastic... gorgeous view. Patong beach , shopping, restaurants, massages, night life are all accessible by walk ( 15 Mins or so) ... or a very short Tuk Tuk ride. "
