The property is part of a gated community at the end of Via Lattea, accessible only to property owners and their guests. The location offers peace and quiet and easy access to the beach, even during peak season with no need to look for beach parking.

Casa bella, confortevole, pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata, fresca, terrazzata (è un balcone ma spazioso e vivibile come un terrazzo) con vista incantevole sulla baia e a due passi da una spiaggia fantastica. Host impeccabile, dal primo contatto e fino al check-out.
