"Das großzügige Haus, ist sehr neuwertig und schön. Kleine Probleme wurden fast alle sofort gelöst. Da das Haus etwas abgeschieden vom Meer liegt, dachten wir, es wäre ruhiger. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen leider an einer Durchgangsstraße, die auch Nachts stark und schnell befahren wird. Fenster öffnen ist unmöglich. Die super leise Klimaanlage hat das Problem gelöst. Tempolimit würde allen guttun."

Paulo made the booking process so easy with same day replies to all our questions leading up to the holiday, handy tips and being so accommodating to our requests even during our stay. The villa had something for everyone. With the heated pool, jacuzzi, games room and lovely local beaches - we had the best time! About 30/40 mins from Lisbon - super easy to book Ubers. We're so glad we treated ourselves to the private...

"We loved the house , modern, tastefully decorated. Fab garden and nice and quiet as is the resort. Local beach is 10 mins away by car and stunning. More like a surfing beach as waves are huge. Definitely recommend the house. The resort has a great golf course, some tennis and oaddle courts and a club house. A great week for my family"

"The manager, Vera, is superb. She was able to set up boat rides, Fado evening, restaurants, and a fabulous wine tasting, and was always helpful and wonderful. The pool is super, the house could use window screens and fans in every room, and the owner should make sure all closets are empty. The wine from the estate is fantastic."

We had 5 adult family members which enjoyed the week swimming and having fun playing in the games room. There were three floors plus a basement with games room. "We stayed at the villa for 4 days on August 2023 after a very hot 4 days in Lisbon. The cooler temperatures at the coast were welcome. The villa was very comfortable and large, and the pool was great. There is not much else in Assenta, but there is a small supermarket in Charneca, which is only a few km away, and much larger supermarkets in Silveria and Ericeria. Ericeria is very nice, with lots of restaurants around the square and a good vibe. There is also market, but we did not manage to...

"We had the most fabulous time staying in this home. We were provided a crib and high chair for my small child. The pool was the most perfect size. The home was immaculate fresh and clean. All the essential cooking supplies and high end appliances. Cooked many meals but also visited many local restaurants and we were never disappointment. Carlos was so wonderful and informative. Cannot wait to return to Praia Da Areia Branca !"

"Jos' villa is beautiful, set up really well for families with children of all ages and is really wll equipped. It's up in the hills surrounded by farmland and barely touched by tourism, which we loved, but is rarely more than 30 minutes away from beaches, lagoons, old towns and farmers markets around the area. Jos is an excellent host who responded straight away to any queries we had. The only recommendation we'd make is to replace the sofa bed with a proper bed which would be more...
