"Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. Vittorio, the owner, was almost rude to us at times. We tried our hardest to warm him up to us, but he remained cool to us. His wife, however, was always warm and provided us with terrific...
