Two Beautiful Cottages Side By Side - Private Pool

Pricing is for BOTH cottages (Two 1 bedroom/1 bath cottages).

All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

When you book this listing, you are booking for and paying for both. Sea Palm Cottages are 100-year old cottages that have been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Because of our central location, you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the private pool or in your private screened lanai. Swim in the heated pool and spa, walk across the street to one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottages are 2 separate side by side one bedroom/one bathroom cottages (NO doorway connecting them) with queen sleeper sofas (with deluxe memory foam mattresses) in the living areas. We supply everything from a complimentary basket filled with coffee, teas to shampoo, conditioner, soap and kitchen and bath necessities. We also have beach carts, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our cottages have it all and are perfectly located across the street to the beach and just three blocks south of Siesta Key village. Private Pool was the best part!
The cottages are smaller, but it didn't bother us as we spent most of the time in the pool, at the beach which was right across the street, the shops and restaurants. Great stay! Will stay again.

The property was as described very clean and fully equipped, is great for 2 couples, plenty of privacy, the pool is a great addition and parking was great. Only a few minutes from the beach and the center of Siesta Key with lots of shops and restaurants. I will be back next year.

Stayed with me and my wife on one side and adult children on the other. Stay was perfect. Everything you need is there. Close to the beach and the village. We loved this spot. Great location and great accommodations. Cheryl was fantastic and quick in responding to me. The cottages are in walking distance to many great places to eat and take in the Siesta sites. Perfect for 2 couples enjoying a long weekend away. Would highly recommend.

The perfect spot!
We were party of 6, with 2 small children (4 and 7). The private pool was essential! Pool temp was perfect. Jacuzzi heats up in less than ten mins. The cottages came equipped with everything you need for the beach and the pool. Our hosts really paid attention to the little things. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I would reccomend this spot to anyone looking for a family spot or couple's looking to share a location with 2 private dwellings. Cheryl (our host) was super responsive. The walk to the beach was a whopping 4 minutes! All in all. This place checked all our boxes. Thanks for your hospitality....

The property was located close to beach access and the shopping area of Siesta Key. Having both cottages was nice so we could have privacy from each other but could easily walk down the path to the next cottage. The pool was great, and the extra pool noodles were great to have.

A Real Gem
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this homey and well decorated property. The pool and the hot tub are amazing after mornings at the beach that’s just a block away. You are a few blocks away from the strip and a boatload of restaurant options. We rented both sides of the property with a friend, and it was great to have our own space. The property is well stocked with all the basics and communication with the owner was solid. Hope to be back soon.

The property was very nice. Had a 21 & 16 year old with us so they had their own place and we had ours. Rented both cottages so you get the pool and hot tub to yourself. Property manager was very good and got back with me on any issues ( we really didn't have any). Great location. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. 5 minute or less to the beach.

We were so happy with this property! The location couldn’t be better, right down the street from the public beach and not far from all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. We really liked the private pool and hot tub as well since we had a drizzly day and cooler evenings. Cheryl is a fabulous host. Super responsive and accommodating. AMAZING!
What an amazing trip in Siesta Key. This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything and a short walk to the beach. Having the pool and the hot tub was such a bonus.
