Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Host will greet you at the house for entry, and to go over a few house details. We'll stay in touch before your arrival!
Checkout time is no later than 10am- the cleaning staff will arrive at that time to get the house cleaned and ready for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All reservations subject to owner screening and approval before finalizing, which occurs within 72 hours of booking. 6 guests Max strictly enforced.
Rental Agreement (and Waterfront Addendum) MUST be signed by guest to finalize booking. Primary guest MUST provide a photoID to host within 12hrs
$300 "holding fee" collected for bookings over 6 months of arrival. Cancellation policy:60days/100%refund(-HoldFee), 60-30days/50%, 30days/no refund.
