104 Gulf Front Apartment

Watch the magnificent sunsets over blue gulf waters from the lanai of a newly, up-dated, completely renovated, and re-decorated ground floor apartment on the white sands of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, apartment sleeps 4. The beds can be arranged as 1 King and 2 twin beds pushed together to form 1 Large Queen with advance notice to the office. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel and well appointed. The bathrooms have granite countertops and the showers have benches to sit on. The bathrooms also have grabber bars and hand held shower heads to make it easier for younger and older guests to enjoy after a day at the beach. All mattresses and appliances are new. So come and enjoy 104 at the Casa Blanca with Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Do not forget the sunscreen as you are out the lanai door only a few short steps to the beach. The blender for Margaritas awaits your arrival and flip- flops are the right attire!!

    Great place to stay!

    Great location right on the beach. Very nice bathrooms and clean. You will need to pick up extra paper products etc. Not stocked with bathroom products like shampoo. The kitchen is well stocked. To walk to the Village at the north end it was close to an hour. The trolly is a quicker ride and picks up at intervals. There is entertainment and food at the south end too which is only about a 10-15 min walk. Great place to stay!!!

    Bad Experience

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been going to Casa Blanca for several years. This year was not a good experience. Staying in Unit 104 we had no internet or TV for 30 Hours. Friday morning I told the office and went back Friday afternoon to be told comcast is working on it. Also was told ours was the only unit out. Saturday morning still out and was told by the office that comcast had fixed it. Told the Maintenace man would come to condo and reset the connection. That didn't work. He left and finally hours later we had TV and internet. The first time I went to the office I told them I didn't think the account had been paid because I was receiving a notice to pay the account when trying to log on. The office did not listen to me. I would love to know the reason for the outage. The office staff needs some customer relations training. The lady sitting on the right as you walk in was very difficult to work with
