Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "old and run down. the shower leaks through the 240 volt fire alarm so that is going to be interesting at some point. the toilet is not steady (moving). the stairs are steep and the hand railing is falling of the wall. there is no way to communicate with the hosts if you have any concerns. this is not of the standard one would expect from expedia. the outside is not maintained. and the inside is run down. retro expression is really just an excuse for old and not maintained. "

"The house was lovely, location nice and quiet, hot tub was perfect. The local area was very nice, the only thing i would recommend is some walking maps of the local area. We would definitely recommend the house for large groups"
