"The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent."

The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional. "The Hawking is a really lovely apartment centrally located in Oxford (you cam see the castle from your balcony). The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. You could sleep 3 or 4 people easily. We had trouble with the hot water but called Tim and got it fixed. I would definitely stay here again."
