"Property was extremely nice and well kept. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but know that there are stairs to get up and over the dune. Nothing crazy, just prepare for 20-25 stairs.The property manager is very responsive and we had no problems getting what we need.Dont hesitate to stay here, everything you need is close by."

"We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...
