"Cannot say enough great things about this house. My family spent a long weekend there for our annual reunion and we had a tremendous time. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It rained most of the weekend - keeping us all inside. But there was plenty of room for eight adults and one child. "The Homestead had everything we needed for our 2 families with kids and a Grandmom for a weekend retreat. The host provided clear and helpful communication and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay. This home was extremely comfortable, with beautiful wood burning fireplaces to keep things cozy (and even make s'mores) to an outdoor firepit and deck. "The home is just as described & more. It’s an older home that has been updated inside. 3 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need including coffee & creamer. (The important stuff!! 😊) We were pleasantly surprised by the backyard outdoor space. I don’t remember seeing pictures of that area in the listing - but the fire pit & swings were an absolute hit with us. (Hubby took note of the swing structure - and we will soon have one of those at our own...
