"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The pool and spa were very clean and well run with pleasant, friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay. This was our second stay. It is conveniently located for driving to the nearby shopping outlet. The room tariff is also very reasonable. "

"the stay was very pleasant, with the room being spacious enough for 2 in a twin room. The beds were comfy, however there wasn't AC in the room, which made it quite stuffy and very warm, there were 2 upright fans in the room but were quite noisy to have on all night. Also, the carpet floor, especially under the edge of the beds was very grubby, with toe nail clippings still on the floor from presumably another guest. Outside of this, the hotel itself is very nice, the gym & swim facilities are very good, especially the pool & steam room, the changing area is also very clean and tidy. "
