This apartment has been designed and furnished with attention to details. It maintains the essence of historical houses of the center of Seville combining it with modern and elegant furniture.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with an elevator. There are two apartments per floor.

Upon entering the apartment we reach the hallway of the apartment, on the left side the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms are located. The bedrooms have a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00, and one of them has an en suite bathroom. There is also another independent bathroom in the apartment.

The living room is located at the end of the hallway, with several windows facing Feria Street, which gives it a lot of natural light. The living room is furnished in elegant and moderns style, it has a double sofa bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m, which gives the apartment capacity for up to 7 people. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary elements for its use.

Calle Feria is one of the most historic and well-known in the center of Seville. It is a very picturesque area of ​​the center, very traditional although inhabited by many visitors as well. In recent years it has also had an important boom, which has made it one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of the city.

In the surroundings many traditional Sevillian shops, local food shops, small bars and high-class restaurants can be found. It is a perfect place to taste Andalusian cuisine in any corner.

It is also very close by walking to all the tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Metropol Parasol, the Alameda, etc.
