We are located in the quaint and beautiful Wears Valley area. Local convenient and grocery stores include:
-Dollar General: 2 miles
-The General Store: 3 miles
-The Heavenly Roast (Coffee): 3 miles
-IGA in Townsed (Grocery Store): 9 miles

Additional Details:
The cabin features a large open concept kitchen to family room area with a half bath off the common area. Master bedroom with King-sized bed has access to private full bathroom with shower. No bathtubs. Master BR has sliding glass door exit to the porch. Adjacent hallway features a twin-sized set of built-in bunk beds with memory mattress for added comfort (perfect for children/teens). Bunk beds have their own electrical hookups and light fixtures for reading, quiet time, device charging.

All visitors have access to the single shower located in the Master BR.

Front load washer and dryer are also located on the property.

Water Access is derived from a Well on the property. This water has been Refined and Purified using a Filtration System which is regularly serviced by Aqua Clear (install date 11/2024). The water is safe for drinking; however, you may bring bottled water if you are concerned.

The porch offers hot tub, a dining table and rocking chairs for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy a cup of coffee or grill your favorite dinner on the charcoal grill.

Guest access
You will be provided a door code specific to you before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house and deck to yourselves.

There is a Ring Camera Present on the Property with visual access to the staircase and parking area only.

There is very little cell phone service but we do have WiFi so your phone will work as normal once connected.

The cabin is on a paved mountain road. The last 1000 feet of the drive is quite steep. When traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains in wintery weather, it may be beneficial to have access to 4 wheel drive.

-All Guest must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)

-4 Humans Max

-Private parking for up to 3 vehicles

-Quiet time is 11 PM

-Smoking/vaping allowed outside of the home. There is a bucket with sand for Cigarette Butts. Please dispose cigarette butts appropriately to prevent fire/damage to the property. If you smoke/vape inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.

-As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the cabin. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and be charged a $500 fee.

-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.

-There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that.

-There is a bear proof bin with trash cans located next to the driveway. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.

-The inside fireplace is electric with control panel located in the right, lower corner of the device. Largely present for ambiance alone.

-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub. NO GLASSWARE allowed in the HOT TUB. $200 fee for broken glass in the hot tub.

-We cannot accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean cabin for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests. Please direct message host for *possible* special requests.

-We have an owners closet located in the kitchen. The closet is stocked with spare items and cleaning supplies; therefore, it is locked. Water filtration system is also in the closet.

-If you are late to check out, we reserve the right to charge $2.00 per minute past your scheduled 10AM checkout.

-Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash is stocked in the shower dispenser. If you have sensitive skin, use at your own risk.

- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, paper plates, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local country store/Dollar General or the nearby IGA/Walmart.

-At our home, you can enjoy the best of the outdoors! Nature abounds! We are on a comprehensive pest control program with monthly treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.
