Great Getaway

This property was great for our youth group! We had a total of 15 people including a few adult chaperones. Each room has its own bathroom, which is much needed for groups!! The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and the theatre room gave us a perfect place to teach! Communication with property owner/manager was excellent!

Annual family vacation

We had a group of 17. Plenty of room for everyone. The cabin is close to many of the local attractions. The host responded quickly to all our questions. We would stay here again next time we come to the Smoky Mountains.

It was absolutely fantastic. We all had a great time and already are pkanning to do it again next year. Only request would be trash pickup. With 12 people for 5 days, 3 small trashcans were not sufficient to store garbage.

Family Holiday

Great place for large group. Furniture in living room is a mess - worn and falling apart. Very disappointed it was so nasty looking. Coffee pot didn't work but owners tried to help. We ended up buying our own. Refrigerator has no door shelves and barely enough room for food - we had to keep all beverages in coolers lined up in the kitchen. Place could be a go to but will try to find something better cared for next time.

Great location

This property served my family perfectly. We had 11 people aged 7-85. The pool, air hockey table, and movie room were a great way to keep the kids busy while we were home. The location makes it easy to get to pigeon forge, Dollywood, gatlinburg, and the national park.

Wonderful Week in TN

Our stay at this property helped make for a wonderful stay for our group. The house was large and comfortable for our group of 15. It provided plenty of amenities for our group ranging in age from 2 and a half up to 70s. The pool, hot tub, and theater were highlights. It was clean and well maintained. The location was close enough to town to be super easy to get to and from. However it was also far enough away to get an away from it feel. Communication with the host was great. They quickly took care of the trash when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Graduating high school seniors trip

Cabin is beautiful. Good location. A/C was not working properly. Justin did all he could to get it repaired but the parts did not arrive until after our stay. Justin was very accommodating given the circumstances. Would definitely consider returning in the future with a large group.

Not clean and needs furnishings replaced!!!

This place needs to be cleaned! The table and floors were dirty. The fridge sounds like it is on its last leg, one of the couches is all tore up, the upstairs rail is coming off, there were cockroaches, and the pool had stuff floating in it. Just not a place where you felt relaxed.

Beautiful Cabin

I would recommend this cabin. My family and I loved it here. The cabin fit our size of 18 people but we could have had more family come too. Plenty of space and beautiful views. My grandchildren loved the pool, game room and theater room. The cabin was located in a prime area where you can assess of the attractions and restaurants. My only issue was towels. The towels were the size that a child would use. Also, not enough for the pool and shower usage. If you stay here I recommend you bring a beach towel if you have room in your luggage. One other issue was the internet. We had issues with signal especially when trying to order food. Other then that is was a great stay and my family really enjoyed their time. .

Nice Cabin

Cabin is beautiful and clean. Kids love the pool and hot tub. Had lil Minor issues with couple sinks getting blocked in bathrooms but they came and fixed next day. TV remotes we're missing batteries, and gas tank was empty on the grill. Other than that we had amazing tine at the cabin.

A unforgettable experience. It by far exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 19 & loved the space & size. We were able to gather as a family in the common areas & movie room & then go to our separate rooms in which each room had its own bathroom. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake. It rained one of the days & we could not enjoy some of the local outside attractions, but having the indoor pool was a sure win.

Thanksgiving family get away

We had a wonderful time during our stay… we just ran out of things fast with such a large group. The owners were great with communication and response time. The cabin was lovely and had all kinds great things to do with the indoor pool and hot tub, theatre room, and games. I would only suggest a few things… kids make messes so it was hard to clean up spills… there were no pot holders or hot pads to sit hot dishes on… and we went through those 4 trash bags so quick due to the large number of the group… it also would have been nice to have more towels for the pool area so we didn’t have to wash towels to use for showering after pool time. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Needs improvement

In the pool area was no towels. In the first 2 bedrooms the TVs wouldn't work. The cabin wasn't clean. There was no Swiffer or mop. The brooms need to be updated.
