Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. There was enough parking for a van and 3 cars. We enjoyed the movie theater where we watched a thriller movie and enjoyed the grill where we grilled steaks, shrimp, and salmon. The pool table was also fun. The entire booking and checking out process was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We took our children and grandchildren and had the absolute best time ever! The bedrooms are large and roomy and each has their own bathroom with is good size. Very convenient location for when we did head down to Pigeon Forge. It was hot so we spent a lot of time indoors but also loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing view. Everyone loved the pool, game room and theater room. We even got to see some bears from the safety of the first floor deck!

GPS took us to a gravel road the first time which was really sketchy but after asking around we were able to find the right road and go up and down the mountain was easy! Not far for anything!! Can’t wait to visit again! Any problems we had were handled quick!! Elk springs has great customer service!

Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful time with my family the view was beautiful I have no complaints about the cabin but I will complain about the roads they're scary and narrow that's not even the scary part the GPS took us up the back way I guess because the road wasn't paved we got stuck for a minute but was able to get out I thought we was going to tip over it's was very very narrow and rocky but when we finally made it to our cabin the rest of the stay was awesome aside from the scary rocky road we will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent a week here with extended family and we had a great time. The cabin is very spacious especially the kitchen/living room. The beds rank up there as some of the most comfortable I've slept on anywhere. Numerous family members made the same comment. The decks offered a great view and the general location of the cabin is perfect- close enough to the parkway so you're not isolated, but separated enough from the craziness. All the kids loved the pool. The staff is always courteous and a pleasure to interact with. We had a small issue, and they handled it timely and professionally.2 minor recommendations: 1) 2nd fridge maybe downstairs could prove useful. 2) maybe some retractable blinds for the windows facing west. I know why they don't currently. Large windows offer breathtaking views, but the late afternoon sun is brutal.

Reviewer Comments: The heat in the cabin did not work properly we couldn’t use the basement where the pool area and movie room was at all the heat in the whole house wasn’t working we had to go get hotel rooms due to it being very cold in the cabin and all management wanted to refund me is $200.00 that’s not no where near what I paid to book the cabin this was the worst experience we every had and it was if they did not care at all I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me and never got a call from them all they care about is you booking with them and once they get your money you don’t hear from them I will never book with them again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, but NOT clean. The amount of dust and dirt throughout the house was astonishing. The floors were all sticky. Our check in was delayed by 2 hours. There was one man there cleaning the entire house. There is thick dust on the celing in the kitchen over the stove. Mold in the bathroom downstairs. Even the trash can was filthy and had burn holes in it. Called for trash pick at 9am- did not get picked up until after 5pm.
