Roads in this area can be curvy and steep in some spots, but they are paved and well-traveled. Just take your time, especially if you're arriving at night or in winter weather.
The area is peaceful and secluded, ideal for guests wanting a quiet mountain getaway with close access to all the Smoky Mountain fun. A car is necessary, but once you're here, you’ll enjoy that “away from it all” feeling without sacrificing convenience.
