The residence is dated slightly and so could benefit from a bit of a refresh, and the staff were a little "cold" in terms of service but professional and helpful enough; although the reception hours were limited."

Did not like staff did not provide all the information about the parking. They initially said there is just pay parking. Our apartment was next to the road which although not busy could mean that there was quite a lot of noise at certain times of the day.
