TV121 Casa Ulissa

Location: The house is located in "Ripa" in the municipality of Seravezza. This cosy flat is on the ground floor of a detached house. The location is ideal to reach shops and restaurants on foot. The sandy beach of Forte dei Marmi is only 5 km away. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes by car. A well-kept and private garden with garden furniture is at guests' disposal. Table, benches, parasol and barbecue. Patio with mosquito net.
Equipment: The living area is about 50 m²: living room with small kitchen, double room with bunk bed, a passage room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The garden is completely private: the parking space is on the property and the gate with automatic opening. Wifi available.

To be paid on spot: Deposit € 200. Final cleaning € 70. Bed linen and towels on request € 10 per person. Electricity, gas, water € 15 per person per week. Heating € 5 per day (if used). Pet € 25 the week.

Purtroppo la notte si dorme a tratti un po per il via vai di macchine siccome la casa sta proprio al semaforo e un po per i proprietari che alloggiano al piano superiore. Se si vuole la luce accesa (per sentirsi piu sicuri) sulla porta d'ingresso esterno viene spenta dal proprietario la notte.
