"The location is ideal for exploring downtown Reykjavik. It´s located on a square called Hlemmur that is on the main shopping / walking street in downtown Reykjavik called Laugavegur. "This place was a gem! Nicely updated and very cute. Super clean!! And well equiped. Super easy check in and quick to respond! The area is very quiant and no loss of local culture. Tons of shops and many eateries to choose from! Everyone was so nice! Only down side, it was very hard to find. Very small sign for the Hotel under a much larger sign for the wine bar. "My wife and I stayed here briefly before taking off on a tour of Iceland. The apartment was comfortable and we were thrilled to see basic kitchen amenities as well as public laundry facilities. Communication was excellent and they made us aware of the check in process and that no one would be present but it was super easy. The apartment is located in a very central area and we were able to walk to many places conveniently."

When we got to the room, took a shower and drain clogged right away which means they did not clean the drain down below properly.
