Beautiful house that has big windows in the living room with a view of Thunder mountain. 5 blocks to the trailhead, close to other trails and close to restaurants and the grocery store. Big fenced back yard.

This home was certainly more than enough for my husband and I. We loved the ample space to stretch out and relax and the Native American art pieces! The great room is definitely a room with a view! We had a little trouble navigating the heating initially. It was snowing when we arrived. There was prompt help the following day to assist us. Our little Sedona vacation was wonderful and the accommodations were a most pleasant way to start and end each day!

Great house for our Sedona vacation. Tons of room, quiet, near a supermarket, all the pictures are accurate.

It was clean and we had a great stay; I did think the owner/manager might have cleaned off the outdoor table before our arrival.

Perfect location with breathtaking views. Very convenient to grocery and necessities, close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and living areas, nice back deck, area out from the sit with coffee and take in the view.

We loved that this place was close to other hikes and restaurants without being in the middle of uptown. We also enjoyed being able to take a quick walk and hit the brewery after exploring all day. I definitely recommend this to others!

Large, clean, with a great location. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to coffee and gluten free restaurants. The traffic getting into uptown was consistently nuts, so it was nice to be on the more calm side of town.

This is a great location if you want to be out of the hubbub of downtown Sedona but still close to lots of great things. Loved the short walk or drive up the hill to some great hiking, or the short walk down the hill to a cute coffee/breakfast spot or local grocer. House was comfortable with a big kitchen, and appreciated the stock of travel soaps and shampoo. Thanks for the hospitality!

Nancy was very responsive and accommodating! The house was located in a great area. The home had most of what we wanted/needed. The backyard was great for my dog.

The place was very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

We were in Sedona for our daughter’s wedding at Agave of Sedona and this home was the perfect place for us to stay while doing all the preparations. There is lots of space and it has beautiful views. Everything is there that you would need for a great family getaway. It would also be perfect for several couples traveling together as the layout of the house is great.

This house is very spacious and great for multiple people /family. It’s also in an ideal location in west Sedona. Walking distance to trails for sugarloaf and coffee pot hikes. The yard is large and the views are nice of the red rocks even from the living room. Little dusty in the house overall but otherwise great place and great stay.

We live in Scottsdale, AZ, and enjoy driving up to Sedona and renting a house now and then. We especially enjoy traveling with our doodles. The Grasshopper house was our favorite rental we have ever had! The house itself has character in its layout and decoration, and the nearly half acre backyard was a joy for all of us! Now, every time we want to stay in Sedona, we will check the availability of this wonderful property first!

We enjoyed our stay at Grasshopper. Just a 2 block walk to trailhead for sugar loaf. Amazing views. A bit of a strange layout but it worked for us, a group of 4 coworkers. Spacious well stocked kitchen. The native American art and furniture throughout the home is impressive. Owner/manager was easy to contact through the website. Overall a beautiful property.

We’ve stayed in Sedona for many Thanksgivings and were always happy. But, this house made it an amazing stay this time. We hope to use this property again in the future so I can bring the other grandma. The backyard is huge and allowed ample room and safety for kids and dogs to run around. My 10 yr old son was happy to throw deep football passes to his dad. We enjoyed playing games, cooking, and being together as a family. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home with a huge backyard in a quiet part of West Sedona. The location was ideal for us because it was close to everything without the noise and traffic of Uptown. Our son spent hours happily playing in the backyard while we relaxed on the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner on the grill. The layout worked really well for our multigenerational group (grandma in the main suite on the first floor; my husband, son and I in the two bedrooms upstairs). We would definitely stay here again!

We have a pet and didn't know that the dog was not allowed upstairs, but we made it work. The rooms are large, the upstairs bath is small and dated, would like a curtain in master bedroom for darker mornings. House is older and kind of funky is some ways. It was very clean, owner was easy to work with. The back yard is huge with a cool bamboo forest retreat area. Nice location, walk to some red rock trails, can also walk down to Bashas grocery.

We rent this house every time we want to stay in Sedona. It's location is perfect: close to grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, specialty shops. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The house itself is spacious and has very nice touches like beautiful tile floors, a reading nook, a game room, and a unique and creative master bedroom layout. We love this house and will continue to return to rent it. In addition, the property manager, Nancy, is lovely to work with. She doesn't hover but she is always responsive if we need anything. She's part of the great experience with renting this house!
