The house is equipped with three guest rooms and enough space to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Perfect for large families or sharing the homes with your favorite friends.

Guests will have 100% access to home during their stay. Unfortunately the garage will not be accessible for use while in our care but our wrap around driveway has ample parking for 3 vehicles.

While we will not be available during your stay with us, we do have a fantastic local property management company in Sedona that will be ready and available for any questions or needs that you have while in our care. If you need anything at all please don't hesitate to reach out to use during your stay.

The house does have a fireplace but it has been disabled for guest use per Owners request. We ask that you please not attempt to use the Livingroom fireplace.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

- Guests are welcome to use the pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen for any cooking they wish to do. Thank you!

- There is a fire place in the living room but the Owners have turned it off so it will NOT be available for guest use. Please do NOT attempt to use the fire place inside the home.

-The guest who initially booked reservation must be present for duration of stay, you may not book a reservation in behalf of others.

-Burning of candles, incense or using any type of oil diffuser is strictly prohibited.

- There is a private hot tub in the unit that guests are allowed to use. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.

-This property is 100% NON-SMOKING

-There will be NO parties or events permitted at this property at any time.

-All wood furniture must be wiped with a damp towel only, no cleaning products are to be sprayed on furniture which would damage finish.

-Cars that leak oil are not permitted to park in driveway. The driveway pavers are very absorbent to oil and will not come out easily
Quiet time after 8pm

-If guests break any of our house rules then you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
