Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Experience the city or the outdoors while retreating in this house within minutes to every Seattle landmark. Within 10 minutes you could be in downtown Seattle, hiking a forest trail, or taking a ferry ride across the Puget Sound.
After your day, take a relaxing dip in the cedar hot tub later or a drink by the fire pit to destress.
Urban Oasis has everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on main floor and one bedroom is in basement.

Whole house is yours. You have 2 parking spots in the driveway and can also park in the garage if your car fits in it.


NOTE : This place is centrally located, walkable but is on a busy street. Some street noise is expected. Please take that into consideration.

we rented 2 different places and this was the family fav large enough for a family with a little backyard that was super cute we would stay there again for sure

Wonderful stay during the holidays

Great stay to have family over during the holidays. The kitchen was beautiful with large island and the common space was great. There's a fully equipped kitchen also on the bottom level. I probably would have wanted to spend some time in the backyard, but the seat cushions were wet. We didn't spend much time out there or in the spa, it would have been great though if we did. Overall, great stay and the host was very responsive

Great stay!

Rented the place for a tight knit team in coworkers to stay. Worked from the house Monday and was a nice stay throughout. Owners responded very quickly. Thank you!
