Quiet, recently renovated 1BR suite in our basement w. private entrance, completely private rooms and amenities, and free street parking. Includes fast wi-fi, workspace, kitchenette and sauna.

We have been living in Seattle for over a decade - happy to provide you with tips to local sights and events.

Walkable, bikeable neighborhood in the middle of Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford and the Woodland Zoo.
