"I had a great stay at the Peaceful Getaway in Sedgwick. Listing was just as described. Very cute and clean tiny home with everything an individual or couple might need. Beautiful spot to relax, and close to Blue Hill and other wonderful areas. (I recommend a walk through the Harriman Point Preserve in nearby Brooklin.) Check-in process was great, and although the main house is nearby it felt very private. I highly recommend this spot. "

"Property was very nice, and located in a quiet riverside town just under an hour from Bar Harbor, Bangor, and Acadia. This place is excellent for the outdoor tourist or enthusiast that doesn't want to spend a fortune on lodging."

"This property is advertised as close to Acadia, but it’s at least 30-40 minutes away. It’s about the same to Bar Harbor. The property is well stocked with what you need to stay. The owner added nice touches like body wash in case you forgot your own. There’s extra pillows and plenty of storage. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, this is it."

"The cottage is beautiful, spacious. We were the first guests of the season. A little glitchy getting in at first. Kitchen was missing a few items, dish towels, oven mitts... Sleeping quarters comfortable and roomy. Pullout couch cery comfortable. "

"The home was very clean and had all the supplies we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is in a quiet area and has things a family with young children would need."

"We had a pleasant stay at the house with total 5 ppl. The house are still quite new, however, we would suggest to update all the cookware like frying pans and the pots. Also, it would be great if there is a BBQ grill available. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this house, 30 mins drive from Acadia park and close by all the supermarkets and shops. "

"Brand new home, very, very clean. loved the open concept which was great for entertaining and conversations. Bedrooms large and roomy. Owners were great and responsive. Home was close to everything including grocery stores, attractions and restaurants. Many extra touches made it special, such as toiletries, games, spices. I would rent it again and again."
