"All in all a nice stay However, we were disappointed by the hotel's attitude with regards to guests arriving earlier than check-in time. Upon our early arrival, just a few hours before check-in time, we were told that our room was ready but that if we wanted to use it we would need to pay extra. We didn't expect to have our room ready, so we wouldn't have been disappointed if we were told it wasn't. However the room was ready and it's a pity that an extra charge was requested. We've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and we obviously don't expect to be able to access our room before check-in time, however there were many cases in which our rooms were ready before check-in time and we were offered to use them with no extra charge - just as a show of going beyond the customer's expectations. "

"It is a bit further to walk to from the train station, but worth it to be in a quieter neighborhood. Family-friendly, I did not try the breakfast here yet, but I would expect it to be ok."
