"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "We had a wonderful stay at Müller. Very convenient location if you want to go to the castle. The horse ride is literally across the street. The rooms are great with that old world german charm. Its a perfect place that goes with the castle theme. The staff was wonderful and fantastic guides. We ate at the restaurant there and their snitzel was really good. Great deserts. We ate there our entire stay. Even bought an authentic cuckoo clock there. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area. They also have free parking for guest which is a plus. "
