This 40 m² apartment (east side) is located on the 14th Floor in the Kiel house.

A double fold-away bed and a comfortable sofa bed offer space for max. 4 people.

The fitted kitchen is completely furnished for self-sufficiency. The cozy living room includes a dining area.
You can relax on the furnished loggia in any weather and in any season. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea to Denmark.
The beach in California is only a 5 minute walk through the salt marshes. This 40 m² apartment (east side) is located on the 14th Floor in the Kiel house.

Das Anmieten war seh...

Das Anmieten war sehr einfach und wirklich gut. Man wurde über jeden Schritt des Vorgangs informiert. Am Anreisetag waren wir sehr spät und Herr Dulski wirklich sehr geduldig und zuvorkommend so das auch dieses Malheur die Freude auf den Urlaub nicht trüben konnte. Das Hochhaus an sich war ein Highlight für meine beiden Jungs. Der Blick jeden Morgen ein Ereignis. Wir danken von Herzen für dieses Erlebnis. Gerne wieder. Ankunftsdatum - 10. Oktober 2021

Die Ferienwohnung is...

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Hochhaus, das früher mal ein Hotel gewesen ist. Optisch kein Highlight und leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es war kein Problem, noch anfallende Gebühren (Hund, Kurtaxe) am nächsten Morgen zu zahlen, weil nur Barzahlung möglich war. Die Ferienwohnung an sich war sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett bequem. Die Aussicht auf die Ostsee ist traumhaft! Der Strand und Hundestrand sowie ein Fahrradverleih sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Leider gab es kein WLAN, was ich zuvor in der Anzeige übersehen hatte. Wem dies nicht wichtig ist, dem kann ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort.

DasAppartement ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht,was die Einrichtung und das Zubehör betrifft. Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Und der Schlafkomfort war perfekt. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen
