Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. "Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. ",The receptor was very nice but unprofessional didn't know where the right room was (with a double and not 2 single beds). Overall very mudest hotel, nothing was bad. Breakfast is not fancy but quit enoght for us "

"I guess house is nicely situated so you have access to three major ski areas of Kitzbuhel. At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel.
