Spacious, individual and quiet apartment near the beach

The residential complex is in close proximity to the beach. You walk 1 minute from the apartment to the water.
Our apartment is spread over 2 floors. In the lower area there is the entrance, the open kitchen with a large dining table, a bathroom and the beautifully lit living room with balcony. In the upper part of the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened (even with the window open).

During the summer months (mid-May to mid-September) an XXL beach chair is reserved for you at the beach chair rental company directly opposite; of course free of charge.

Toller Urlaub in Scharbeutz
Tolle Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für uns ideal (Strand ist direkt gegenüber der Wohnung und Gastronomie ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
Wir waren für eine Woche mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Sohn in Scharbeutz und hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer sehr schick eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! An dem Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen, sie ist sehr gut und schick ausgestattet und hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert gestaltet hat. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank!

Scharbeutz ist immer eine Reise wert.
Die sehr schön renovierte Wohnung ist stielvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet.Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und der morgendliche Weg zum Bäcker war entspannend. So konnte man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Scharbeutz wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!

Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und die Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe ist speziell mit kleinen Kindern einfach toll. Die Vermieter sind mega nett und alles lief total unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100%

Sehr ruhig trotzdem optimale Lage
Der Entferung zum Strand ist optimal, nur über die Strasse ! Das Zentrum in der Nähe ! Zu Restaurants kurze Wege . Also eine super Lage ! Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts ! Sehr freundliche Vermieter ,gute Abstimmung ! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen .

Einfach den Urlaub genießen
Wir haben uns schon vor dem Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt, denn die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sehr gut. Bei Ankunft in dem Objekt wurden wir vom Eigentümer herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde persönlich alles erklärt und auch für Fragen stand der Eigentümer jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Sie ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt und dies in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Strandnähe und der eigene Strandkorb sind sehr angenehm. Das Auto kann man während des Aufenthaltes stehen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
