Die Einrichtung war deutlich abgenutzt (abgesplitterte Kanten der Möbel, Küche, Bett komplett durchgelegen etc.), nicht sehr hochwertig und teilweise defekt (Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Kaffeemaschine). Es war schmutzig (Teppiche klebrig und schmutzig, sehr schmutzig unter dem Bett und den anderen Möbeln, Badezimmer war nicht sauber). Aus unserer Sicht war der Preis für die Ausstattung zu hoch. Anmerkung: die Wohnung war absolut nicht Kleinkind gerecht aufgrund der vielen scharfen Kanten und rutschigen Teppiche. Wir mussten sehr viel umräumen.
